Kayla was really helpful today with my project. It is just a shame that some very precious pictures cannot be included in my album for my Mother's 80th Birthday as, for some reason, they were not between 5 and 20 MB although I have no idea why they were different as some were taken by the same iphone the same evening! But that must be another issue that I don't understand, having created many photobooks before now. Kayla was very polite and helpful during my online chat and I would recommend her.
