I use this service regularly. Occasionally I have issues with quality once the books have arrived but I have always found the customer service team to be extremely helpful, replacing the damaged items very quickly. On the latest instance Kayla was exceptionally helpful.
(The photo book design software could be slightly improved, but it's not bad at all!)
