I bought a coupon from Groupon and arranged my pictures - unfortunately somewhere along the way I inadvertently added 40 pages (which I didn't fill) so when I tried to checkout it wanted to charge me a substantial sum on top of my original voucher. I phoned and spoke to Gregory who was absolutely excellent, very kind and understanding. He immediately sorted it out for me. I cannot speak more highly of him. Eventually my photobook arrived and I was absoltely thrilled by it. Lovely quality and a beautiful reminder of a fabulous holiday.
