Saving Christmas - After making an error in my order, my fault, I reached out to Jay at live chat first, then Angelina at live chat, to see if I could fix it. Jay was able to cancel the order so I could resubmit it, assuring me that I would not have to pay again. After making corrections, I added project back to cart, contacted Angelina at live chat, and she was able to submit order without additional processing on my part. I am so happy with printerpix and it's support staff.
