Angelina from Live Chat has saved the day! I recently ordered 8 calendars from Printerpix and the order tracking on their website was showing as not dispatched and I had not received any communication to say otherwise, so I contacted Printerpix Live Chat and spoke to a lady called Angelina. She found out they had been despatched and delivered and left in a storm damaged greenhouse. I went to check and sure enough they were there. After sitting in the damp atmosphere on a stone floor for a few days the calendars were, unfortunately damp, and curled and not really suitable to give as gifts. However, after sending pictures to Angelina, she quickly resolved this and arranged a re-print and advised I will get them before Christmas. I am incredibly grateful for her understanding, helpfulness, her communication skills and for her professional manner in resolving this issue. Thank you Angelina!
