I made two orders with Printerpix the first, a photo cushion came very quickly and was perfect. The second was a Sherpa fleece blanket, obviously this took longer to be produced a delivered. On delivery I noticed that the blanket was damaged, I emailed customer service with pictures and they are replacing this at no extra charge, no questions asked. Extremely happy with their help on this matter as the blanket is a Christmas present.
