Ordered and paid for a photo book on 29th November 2021
The offer included free postage. However when I redeemed
it on 24th January 2022 at checkout I was charged £3 for
postage. As soon as Kayla understood the problem she rectified the situation and activated free postage so that I could then proceed to checkout. She was very helpful and efficient. I have placed a number of orders with the company over recent weeks and this is the first time I have encountered a problem.
