I had 2 issues and both were dealt with very efficiently & prompted. One photobook arrived with a defect to the gluing of the binder, they quickly sent out a replacement. I had also purchased a voucher on the printerpix website & they extended the expiry date for me. I have made several photobooks, the site is easy to use and the quality is great.
