I had problems with one of the voucher codes for a book. I was very upset to see that after all the work on a book project the order could not be placed. The customer service guys were always very polite, but I had to call several times until the issue was finally resolved and I could place the order. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the quality of the printed products and will keep using the service.
