I've always loved Printerpix's products (calendars and photobooks) but today I got to experience their customer service department up close. I was having problems with a discount code from a supplier starting with a W. They have been impossible to contact to find out whey their code was not working but on the off chance I thought I would see if Printerpix has had problems. I had the luck to connect with the lovely Angelina via their live chat option and she patiently found a work round. It seems all solved now and I look forward to the product when it arrives.
