They do not honor their satisfaction guarantee obviously it’s a marketing ploy to bring them in business.
I had ordered a metal print upon receiving it I was not satisfied. I emailed them, they responded with stringing me along through a few different emails saying they would make me a new one. I did not want a new one I was not satisfied with the quality of the work and was not going to waste anymore of my time with them. They did not grant me a refund. So much for satisfaction guaranteed.
