Do not use this company!!!!! They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!! I purchased a photo canvas from them. When I received it, it looked like the picture was zoomed in as the head of one of the people in the photo was nearly touching the top of the canvas. This company has an alleged free returns or exchange policy on their website so I reached out to them. I sent them pictures of my canvas versus why I had ordered showing the difference. By their own admission, they had to zoom the picture to make the canvas. I told them I was not satisfied with the picture and asked them to please exchange it for another canvas with the correct layout even if modifications were needed to make it work. After giving me the runaround for days, they told me that they would not be exchanging my canvas. The language on their website states to contact them if you’re not 100% happy with your product and they’ll make it right. What a joke!!! This is how they scam people into purchasing from them. They will leave you hanging if there is a problem. I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card. Buyer beware!!!!
