As of writing this my order was placed 17 days ago and I got an email a week and a half ago the it was going to be shipped. It is still sitting in a warehouse in Miami. The website for contacting someone is ridiculous. Not happy with this exeprience at all. Had to pay 15 for shipping. And by a new gift for the person as I still have not received the item.
