Absolute scam!! I ordered a mug for Father’s Day back in June with never arrived. I’ve been trying to get a refund since, customer service is a joke and ignored me until I copied their CEO in. Apparently my refund started to be processed on 7th August, surprise surprise it’s still not in my account. I’m chasing it weekly and I just keep getting robbed off. I’m dealing with a Jack William. It may not seem a lot of money to some people but I have a toddler and life is expensive. It’s caused me such a great deal of stress and so much time trying to get my money back. I’ll be reviewing on every platform available. Complete scam
