Completely dissatisfied with customer service. The portal indicated a delivery date that did not happen because the portal did not take into consideration weekend time. I paid for expedited shipping. Which did not happen. I missed my deadline by two days.
I contacted customer service and they could not change the delivery. Very unprofessional. I had to ask several times for an explanation.
It’s a shame as the print came out beautiful but I will never use Printerpix because of the incompetence from customer service
