I bought two vouchers for books. I was able to use one of my vouchers but was not able to use my other voucher for some reason. I wanted them to come with the same delivery order. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for literally weeks! After waiting online for up to 15 minutes each time I call I get hung up on! And they do not reply to any of my emails! I am calling my credit card company for a refund! they can dispute with them! I’m done!! I sure wish I would’ve read these reviews before I started. I am also calling the FTC, BBB, and face booking them so everyone else knows not to use them!
