I have tried for days to get in touch with someone in regards to an order I placed last month. Customer service acts like they cannot hear me on the phone and hangs up. No one responds to email. I just waited for an hour and a half to get in a live chat with Patricia who announced herself and disappeared. I just want my money back at this point, but they refused. So now I am left with no product and no refund. How is this fair?
