Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered pictures over 2 weeks ago and have not heard a thing other than my order was complete and the money was taken out of my bank account. I have tried MULTIPLE times to email and call, no response at all. If you would like to make this right you can contact me PrinterPix. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand there is a pandemic and things may be slow but if you are still going to sell a product you need to give updates and have people that you can contact. So disappointed.
