Wow. Im honestly so shocked by this experience. I emailed them 9 weeks ago with a few questions about their products that I wanted to know before officially placing my order-- no response. Then I tried emailing again 3 weeks ago-- nothing. So then I just kind of gave up and placed my order because Hanukkah is nearing. I placed my order and realized I accidentally made one of my blankets a dog-sized blanket instead of a bed-sized! So I emailed them (bc on their website they have NOTHING except for a gmail listed. No phone number and no address. All I know is they're based in Texas and have a gmail) asking if I could change that blanket's size. No response, once again. So I took to their social media because I've actually contacted many companies with questions through instagram. And I commented something along these lines: "Hello! I tried emailing 9 weeks ago, then 3 weeks ago, and then a few days ago but I haven't heard back. Do you guys perhaps have a phone number? I'd like to change one of the blankets in my order!" thirty minutes later.... I WAS BLOCKED. BLOCKED. They blocked me!! I was so shocked. In that moment I was convinced they were a scam and I filed a dispute to get my money back before they could even carry out my order. I am so so shocked by this experience. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM. Along the way, I found an Instagram called: @printyourpetscam, and it turns out hundred of people have had the same experience as me and have been blocked and completely scammed out of their money. STAY AWAY
