“I got my blanket fairly quickly but the size is way smaller than appears online. So that is kind of scam. I also got someone else’s blanket that says “Just a Girl Who Loves to Read”. Has picture of girl reading and the name Elliana on bottom right corner. Find me on FB and you can see picture of it! Love to find the owner.”

“It has been nearly four months, yet my orderis nowhere to be seen. The only reponse from customer service I am getting is they cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. This company is scam and I doubful I feel ever see my order...or my money for that matter.”

“One star bc I can’t give negative stars. DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY - I REPEAT - DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY. Complete scam company! They’ll blow your email up with sales, BOGOs, discounts if you refer a friend, but keep your $ and NEVER SEND YOU THE ITEMS PURCHASED. I emailed them again (and again!) to request updates on delivery, which was promised at 2-4 weeks. It’s been 3 months now! No replies, radio silence. Oh and that link to “track your shipment”? Broken webpage. I reported them both to my credit card company (and got full $ back) AND the Canadian Anti Fraud Agency. ..... Total SCAMMERS.”

“HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They take you money, and never send your items. They will ignore you and block you on social media when you try to inquire about your order... Then Threaten you and claim you never placed an order with them despite having MULTIPLE forms of proof that you did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!”
