“Before everyone freaks out because my review is different please listen! I put my order in during November and I have been emailed by the company multiple times. They have been nothing but polite and very helpful in their emails. I just received my proofs of the blankets I ordered. And I truly could not have been any happier after seeing them. The artists did absolutely amazing in capturing the details in all of my parents and siblings pets. This company is absolutely outstanding in what they do for their customers and helping put money towards charity as well. I truly believe before you freak out because you haven’t received your proofs of your orders just relax and give the company a little more time. I know it’s very hard to be patient waiting for gifts you are going to give to other people. But posting a extremely negative review because you’re waiting for a CUSTOM order isn’t going to make the company put your order through any quicker. From most of these reviews it seems like they will hold your order even longer because you haven’t given them time to do their jobs. The print your pet company is actually very understanding towards their customers, as long as their customers are very understanding towards their company. Everyone must know how extremely busy the company is during this time of the year especially. They are probably reviewing countless orders daily and who even knows how many emails. If you are polite to them they will be very polite to you. Respect goes both ways the workers at the print your pet company are still human. During the Christmas season shouldn’t everyone be a little more generous towards one another. The fact you thought about your loved ones so much to do something as thoughtful as this is more then enough. Your orders will come in!
