How do I get someone to answer one of my multiple emails? Do they have a contact phone number as I would like to speak directly to someone in charge

Nope they don’t have a phone number. Only way is email... there’s nothing you can do but wait or dispute he charge by your bank.. I have the same issue.

Why do they completely ignore the customers that are clearly unhappy. I demand a full refund as I have been waiting for my order since October 10th How do I get in touch by phone to a human. Who is in charge there!
