I ordered my product late November. I was told it would arrive early January and was even told it was shipped. Eventually I got suspicious and e-mailed the company. After a week with no reply I looked up reviews and was pretty sure I got scammed. I e-mailed the ARTIST who showed me what my product would look like, a few days after that they did actually ship it (showed UPS travel and all) and it did show up. I really do like my blanket but I don't recommend ordering from them until they speed up their delivery. Company seems like it has too much demand for the amount of employees they have.

I ordered a mug in the beginning of December and have not heard anything about my order in 3 months. I have tried to contact them several times but never get a response. Now I just want my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered over two months ago and have still not received a product. Have tried to contact them multiple times and have not gotten any response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Terrible - Placed order on Nov 27 2018. I knew I wasn't going to receive my blanket in time for christmas (per there delivery note). However, it is now February 6th 2019 and I still have not received it. I received one poor attempt of their customer services saying they will expedite the product, but it's been silent ever since. I message them almost daily without response. I am disputing charges with my bank and I hope this company gets shut down. I obviously am not the only person in this situation. Please read the reviews, and share how poor this company is.

I ordered two blankets on November 26, and paid, and never received them! I have emailed so many times I’ve lost count and have only received two back, carelessly telling me they will arrive shortly. I’ve never ever had such terrible service. This is a scam

I will admit that this company did not have good customer service, and I truly did believe this was a scam especially based on the reviews after I placed my order. I had emailed so many times, and sometimes I would receive an email back, and other times I wouldn’t when checking back in on my order status. I ordered a blanket on November 11th, and just now got it 3 months later. I just want to say that this is a real company, but it does take much longer than what they state. I had ordered this as a Christmas gift for my grandmother, and was upset I didn’t receive it until now, January 5th. I do absolutely love the blanket, and just want to let people know that it’s not a scam and the order will come it just takes a VERY long time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I placed an order in the beginning of November that was guaranteed to arrive for Christmas and now it is February 2nd and I still have not received my order or any update when it will arrive. Customer service is the least helpful on the planet. This is not worth the stress or frustration. This company is dealing with false advertisement. Save your money and bring your business elsewhere.

DOn't waste your time ordering from this company. I ordered a blanket in November and still have not received it. I filed a complaint with the BBB. then got a response- since then NOTHING-- and no blanket! This place is a joke! i would give it ZERO stars if it was up there.

Same story as everyone else. Ordered Nov 29th. No response and when I look my order up, it no longer brings back a status. I will be calling my credit card company to disputes this charge. Do not order from this company!!

*Update- I ordered my blanket on November 15th... it wasn't until January 1st that they set me an email for artwork approval which I approved immediate the same day. I JUST received a bs email yesterday (February 1st) about how it is NOW being sent to production. A MONTH after I had approved the artwork!? It's going on three months now... I'd be shocked if I receive this blanket that I ordered in November before April if at all. Just do not order from them. Ever. It somehow would be less frustrating and more time conducive to just open your own company and make your own blankets/mugs/shirts etc. This is a zero star company. Not even a 1 star.

Wish I could give zero stars! My story is the same as everyone else's on this page ordered a blanket for my twelve year daughter for Christmas November 29 2018 and never received it. Sent many emails with no response and just this week they blocked or erased my order number from there system. Like all the other customers the money was taken out of my account the same day the order was placed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MERCHANDISE!!

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered in early November, they took my money the same day. It’s now February and I haven’t heard ONE thing from them. Scammed me. I reported them to BBB, I recommend you do too if you have the same problem.

I never received my merchandise and it's been 3 months. I have contacted them by email numerous time and they have not answered any of them. Don't do business with them!

Ordered Dec. 8th and still no product! They tell you they are behind, then no more communication after that. They had the nerve though, to send me an email, asking to rate the product I never got! So disappointing. This was for my best friend. I will be disputing the scam charge of $79. Why are they not CLOSED DOWN or charged with theft by authorities??? The company has NO PHONE number and even the BBB warns not to use them!! Wish I'd known that!

They had a “Christmas date” if you wanted your gift in time for Christmas—which was in November. So, naturally, we expected our gift in time because they claimed orders would be on time. The holiday nears, and we started to worry, and naturally sent an email out questioning where our gift was. No response. Christmas Day comes, no present. They said they were backed up on orders, due to holiday nature, which was understandable. So, we said that was fair and waited. A few weeks pass, no update. We sent another email that brought no response. There’s no phone number, no alternate email, no other contact information. We decide to wait, again. They eventually had sent us an email saying “sorry” and that they’d put us on the priority list (which they tell everybody else who has a problem). It is now nearly February, and we had not gotten another email since. It’s really not worth spending ~70$ on a blanket that’s taking months to even get an art confirmation email. We ask for a refund, with no response per usual. Then, we discover our account had no longer existed on their website and it had probably been deleted. This company has the worst excuse for customer service, as messaging their Instagram account is met with a hostile and unprofessional admin. I would not recommend using this dumb company to get your pet on an article of clothing or a blanket, I would just use Etsy.

I ordered a pair of socks on Dec 1st. They took my money. My order to this day still says 'unfilled'. I have emailed the support team 12 times and I have received no reply. Do not give this company your money. They have no contact number.

I cannot put into words how horrendous this company is but I will try for the sake of humanity. I placed an order to Print Your Pet on 11/13 for a Christmas present. Plenty of time for me to receive my order, right? Okay, I was very wrong. After sending many emails and never receiving a response, I have yet to receive my package. And why yes, it is January. Over two months and I never received it. I strongly recommend that if you are in the same boat that you call your bank and make a dispute. The money should be refunded to you in a couple of days.

This sure seems like a scam. It's been around 5 weeks and they won't even return a status update. If you look at their website, you'll notice a whole bunch of red flags. They claim to support 12 pet charities but only list one. They claim to ship in 2-4 weeks but don't. They claim to reply to emails within 48 hours or so. They haven't returned one in weeks. Don't use them.
