They literally threaten you with bogus legal action if you attempt to dispute the charges with your bank (after THEY don't send you your product). It's beyond ridiculous. I see a lot of good reviews, and that's fine. Maybe they apparently give some people their product, but please, please don't put yourself through this. Terrible communicators, and it truly does feel like a scam.

DO NOT ORDER! Like others, I wish I had done more research. Do NOT trust that professional looking website. I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter at on November 7th...PLENTY of time to avoid the Christmas rush and before their posted dedline to make it in time for Christmas. Since I had not heard back to approve the art work by Dec 1st and order status never left "processing" status, i started emailing for a status. I got a response explaining there was a backlog and they had hired more artists for the xmas season. No email was ever addressed until i started demanding a refund. FINALLY I get a response that says since the art work was already out for approval, a refund is not possible. 2 minutes later, i got an email to approve the art work. that was mid December. It is Jan 8th, and I still have no product, no responses are being made to any of my message, and now the order status page says my order cannot be found. This is a sham company. reports have been made to my bank, the Texas attorney general, and the BBB. Beware!I purchased 2 months ago and they stole my money! No product, no refund, and now my order "cannot be found". Check the BBB and buyers beware

Ordered in oct never received order . They will not answer multiple emails that I have sent Unable to contact them other than email . Very poor business! Even one star is too good for them !

It says on your site, Christmas Order Cut-Off was Nov 25th I placed my order on Nov 21. I’ve emailed you 3 times now regarding my order and have yet to receive any confirmation on the status of it, only a please be patient reply. I’ve been patient, it’s now Christmas Day and I haven’t received my order and it still says unfulfilled on the order page. I expect a full Refund ASAP as well as my order still since y’all can’t seem to get it together over the holidays even though I clearly made the cutoff date. This is absurd and will not be carrying any future business with your company.

I also ordered more than 3 months ago and have heard absolutely nothing despite multiple emails. I highly encourage anyone to file with the BBB online it is very fast and easy and will prevent any further loss to others.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a complete scamming company. I ordered a blanket for Christmas on November 5, 2018, and today is January 5, 2018, and so far no blanket. I have written them several emails and have gotten rude and short responses that all respond with "wait a little longer" or "be patient" when I was requesting a refund. I have emailed them about four times, and now my email and account has been blocked and I am no longer allowed to see my tracking information. Also, there is no phone number on the website, and the address they provide in Dallas, TX is false. THIS IS A RED FLAG. Print Your Pet is a disgusting company that is taking thousands of dollars every day without providing a product. They are hard to work with, rude, and this whole company deserves to be taken down. Also, my order ID is false because I don't want PrintYourPet to contact me about anything I have said in this review. PrintYourPet's CEO, Justin Garza, deserves to serve time for this criminal business. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered my product on October 10th 2018, I have yet to receive my order or the full refund I have demanded. I have written several emails (more than I would like to count) with no response. This was a Christmas gift and here it is January 3rd and no sign of my order. There are no phone numbers to call. I am very disappointed in this “company”. If anyone finds out how to help this situation I would love to hear from them as well . Email Kelleye2@hotmail.com This has been a painful and time Consuming effort . I cannot believe they do not even respond, and I even left them my phone number. What a scam. And the questions below this review do not have a spot to say you did not receive your order or a refund.

Perfectly satisfied with the print of my pet on my new phone case, socks, and favorite colored shirt. My husband surprised me with these gifts for Christmas! Such a thoughtful gift made by creative and talented people!

Very friendly and accommodating printing service. It does take awhile to receive your order, but when it finally arrives, it is so worth it! I encourage others who have placed orders to be patient!

I placed my order for a custom blanket of my best friend's cat on SEPTEMBER 26TH!!!!! I received a picture of my custom art work about a month later, and now December 30th I have not received my item nor have any of my 3 emails been answered. I am out $70 and now I feel like a horrible friend.

Never received product and emails go unanswered. Ordered on November 26 and after first initial please be patient email they are now not responding. I failed to research before ordering which is something I never do but got excited about perfect gift for my daughter. I have filed with the BBB and have reported their site to Facebook. My bank is now helping me get my money back. Take the time to do this so we can stop this scam.

I'm in the same boat as apparently 80% of the people who ordered something from this company. I ordered a blanket for my sister as a Christmas gift on October 29 and then got an email on Dec 9 showing me what the artwork looked like. I figured it would get here for Christmas. Well its December 28 and I have emailed them twice asking about it and I have heard nothing back. I'm confused as to how there are good reviews with people posting pictures with their products. Also confused as to why they would bother to create the art if they're not going to send it. Maybe it will show up next year? Angry with the company and annoyed at myself for falling for the trick.

-1261271827 stars. Merry Christmas to me....down $40 :) I am FURIOUS, to say the least. I was SO excited to give this "pillow" to my sister for Christmas...turns out it wasn't even a pillow after all. It was a SCAM. I even emailed the "company" and they told me they would let the "team" know I emailed to speed up the process. WHAT COMPANY?WHAT TEAM? The "team" that steals your money?? Not a team I want to be on! If you already made an order from this site, I feel your pain. If you're thinking about placing an order....ABORT MISSION. Do not 'awww" at the pictures. Do not even consider. NOTHING IS REAL.

Wish I saw all the reviews prior to ordering. Placed my order on 11/9, well before this Christmas cut off. Emailed (the only way to contact them) several times asking for a status. Eventually received a response requesting I be patient during their busy season. It is now post Christmas and I still do not have my order. Do not buy from them.

I have emailed 5 times. I have not received ANYTHING about my order that I ordered all the way in NOVEMVER! Horrible business, can’t even respond back to their customers or keep their word when saying that you will get your order before Christmas if you ordered before November 25th. I haven’t even received shipment information!

Same as everyone else. Ordered November 4th. Still don’t have the product. Beyond upset. When or if they do answer a email it’s a lie and please have patience. I have asked for the owners information or at least email and they are rude. Has anyone gotten a lawyer involved yet?
