“Delivered our things on time, right in time for Christmas! They were professional through communication and straightforward through the process. I received socks, shirts, and a blanket with my puppy Sandy printed on them. I would do business with Print Your Pet again!”

“No blanket, No refund, and Zero contact. Tried to get more money out of me. I have tried to get in contact with them for over a month. I sent 5 emails, and tried to look for a number, but found nothing. I was emailed by them to pay for an "add on" for the full body option, which I selected, and watched the additional cost be added to my order. I followed the order process step by step, and now they won't email me back. I am not a rich person, and I don't have a lot of family left after my Granny passed away. I just wanted a blanket (one of my favorite things) with my dog, who I love so much, on it for christmas. They're a bunch of cons, and now I'm out some groceries with no cozy blanket to show for it. Im just sorry i was stupid enough to fall for this. Will call them out on Instagram and then probably get blocked. Contacted my bank and they will be helping me sort this out. They will be refunding me the money, and I asked about an investigation from this seller, and they said it was possible.”

“Just like everyone else I too have been scammed by this piece of sh**. Ordered in November, was lead on over and over till I called them out for being a scam, and now I’m getting no reply. Hopefully all these reviews stop someone from going through this terrible experience but it seems that we all come here after already being scammed and it’s too late.”

“Literally the worst customer service/company ever! DO NOT order from this place! I placed my order on October 13th and the company said it would be delivered by Christmas. Well that's a big lie. It is December 26th and I still have not received those items. Wasted $100 dollars. Not to mention, they never respond to e-mails.”

“I have the same complaint also as all of you I placed my order September 28 , I got the t shirt November 2 they are rude and don’t answer after the first email . I got the tee -shirt it looks so cheap it’s purple in front and bright white in back looks so ugly the art work is fine shirt is ugly like that .. I ordered a sympathy mug my moms dog passed in SEPTEMBER I emailed them December saying I still don’t have mug they said we will look into it never emailed me back on it just mailed it out just arrived today DECEMBER 24, how does mug take 3 months . They are rude horrible company do not order from them order from a difference place for printing your pets .. no customer service very rude when they email you ....”

“Never got the product. Ordered October 4 and at first they just said patience we are busy this time of year. Then they stopped answering emails. The phone number is phony and 3-4 week delivery has turned into 13 weeks and not even a tracking number. $90 for nothing. Sorry I ordered this as a Christmas gift. Don’t fall for this scam”

“Looks like everyone else is having the same issue as me. Submitted my order 11/3, way before the Christmas cut-off and NOTHING. I have responded to the PYP assistant that "was" communicating with me that has disappeared now, emailed customer service and now I'm getting the BBB involved. Should have known this company was a fraud, no contact #s listed anywhere online... Anyone have a contact #? NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!”

“Absolute disaster. Ordered on nov 5 th. No replies to emails. Order still says unfilled. Will not recommend to anyone. Still have some faith it may make it here by my daughters bday in August. Very upsetting.”

“Pretty much the same as everyone else’s review. Ordered October 12, tried multiple times to check my order status online, link doesn’t work. Tried sending emails to which I received one reply saying my order was shipping out at the beginning of December. Well it’s christmas Eve and no sign of my order, no replies to my emails. Pretty sure it’s a scam.”

“horrible company and shouldn’t be in business. Their whole website is false advertisements. It’s been 9 weeks and I still have not received my order. I sent them emails everyday until I would get a response and they told me by sending so many emails it slows down their response time... well it obviously got there attention”

“I swear to god, these dumb bastards don’t even deserve 1/4 of a star rating. I should’ve read reviews before placing my order. I ordered my item on 28 OCT and it is now 2 days before Christmas, and I haven’t received it. I’ve blasted them in their email, and I’ve tried being patient with them knowing the Christmas rush. But this is just not acceptable. Absolute waste of my goddamn money.”

“I placed my order on 11/21/2018... they took my money from my account immediately! I ordered 4 days before their xmas deadline.... i am on day #17 of sending messages to this company! With NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!!!!!! Where is my blanket? Where is my $63? This was actually a gift my 15 year old son bought for his girlfriend..... and all these FAKE amazing reviews on other sites? Tis the season to be scammed!!!!!! And this company is genius!!! They pull your heartstrings..... OH SO CUTE... prints of our pets..... yet... where is the product? I can honestly say that this is the WORST company (if it is actually even a company) i have ever dealt with.... and by dealt with... i mean... attempts to deal with... yet their lack of follow up is TOP NOTCH!!!!! DO NOT ORDER front his company!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT!!!!!!”

“I ordered a Christmas gift Oct. 27 and as of Dec. 22 I have still yet to receive my order. I have emailed multiple times with no response. This will be my one and only order and thank goodness I did order on my credit card and turning this in as fraud. This is ridiculous! I would not recommend ordering from Print Your Pet.”
