Wish I saw all the reviews prior to ordering. Placed my order on 11/9, well before this Christmas cut off. Emailed (the only way to contact them) several times asking for a status. Eventually received a response requesting I be patient during their busy season.
It is now post Christmas and I still do not have my order.
Do not buy from them.
