Absolute disaster. Ordered on nov 5 th. No replies to emails. Order still says unfilled. Will not recommend to anyone. Still have some faith it may make it here by my daughters bday in August. Very upsetting.

Pretty much the same as everyone else’s review. Ordered October 12, tried multiple times to check my order status online, link doesn’t work. Tried sending emails to which I received one reply saying my order was shipping out at the beginning of December. Well it’s christmas Eve and no sign of my order, no replies to my emails. Pretty sure it’s a scam.

horrible company and shouldn’t be in business. Their whole website is false advertisements. It’s been 9 weeks and I still have not received my order. I sent them emails everyday until I would get a response and they told me by sending so many emails it slows down their response time... well it obviously got there attention

having the same exact problem as all the other reviews...Christmas is in 2 days and both my order and the company are MIA. I ordered well in advance and now my mom is without a gift. This company sucks.

I swear to god, these dumb bastards don’t even deserve 1/4 of a star rating. I should’ve read reviews before placing my order. I ordered my item on 28 OCT and it is now 2 days before Christmas, and I haven’t received it. I’ve blasted them in their email, and I’ve tried being patient with them knowing the Christmas rush. But this is just not acceptable. Absolute waste of my goddamn money.

I placed my order on 11/21/2018... they took my money from my account immediately! I ordered 4 days before their xmas deadline.... i am on day #17 of sending messages to this company! With NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!!!!!! Where is my blanket? Where is my $63? This was actually a gift my 15 year old son bought for his girlfriend..... and all these FAKE amazing reviews on other sites? Tis the season to be scammed!!!!!! And this company is genius!!! They pull your heartstrings..... OH SO CUTE... prints of our pets..... yet... where is the product? I can honestly say that this is the WORST company (if it is actually even a company) i have ever dealt with.... and by dealt with... i mean... attempts to deal with... yet their lack of follow up is TOP NOTCH!!!!! DO NOT ORDER front his company!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT!!!!!!

Ordered October 25. December 23 and nothing. I paid at time of order. Guess I’m out $40+. Very disappointed and now I don’t have a gift to give for Christmas.

I ordered a Christmas gift Oct. 27 and as of Dec. 22 I have still yet to receive my order. I have emailed multiple times with no response. This will be my one and only order and thank goodness I did order on my credit card and turning this in as fraud. This is ridiculous! I would not recommend ordering from Print Your Pet.

I ordered 4 items long before the Christmas rush on 10/23, replied to the artwork email immediately, and as of 12/22 have received only one of the items - of course it was the cheapest. They do not respond to emails regarding existing orders however promptly respond to emails about potential orders. Do not throw your money away.

I placed my order November 19th thinking it was enough time to arrive here by the holidays. I was wrong. I’ve sent them many emails asking about my order and haven’t heard anything. They sent me a proof of what my blanket will look like a couple weeks ago and promised it would be here before Christmas. It’s now Friday December 21st and no word. I’m very disappointed and I’m wondering if I’ll ever receive my order. Won’t be ordering from them again. I was very mislead. Joke!

I ordered my son a blanket for Christmas back on November 20 th. About a week before the cut off date. I have yet to receive any kind of email to approve artwork much less an email just to say that my order is being worked on. I’ll be sending all this information to the Better Business Bureau ASAP. The company should be shut down for fraud and false advertisement. They should at least be giving refunds to customers who won’t be getting the product they paid for by Christmas. I should have checked the reviews, my mistake. There will be a special place in Hell for the assholes that run this fly-by-night “business” they are heartless crooks who took advantage of animal lovers. Shame on them!!!! Should have been suspect when there was no phone number to call. Makes me sick to see how they say they are “helping animals” and “shelters” yet think it’s okay to rip people off.

I wish I could leave one star. It is a shame that companies like this exist. I placed an order for two blankets before Thanksgiving and have yet to receive the "mock up" for either. I looked up reviews after purchasing and immediately tried to cancel my order. I was told that they "don't do cancellations." STAY AWAY. Do not make the same mistake I did and lose over $100. This company is robbing people. Disgusting.

Don't do it. I ordered in early November and have yet to receive any updates or items. I emailed them once and got your standard robotic response. I then emailed them two more times and have yet to hear anything. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company and also reported to them to the Better Business Bureau. After doing research I found out that I'm not the only one. Stay away.

I wish there was a negative star option. They have been wildly unhelpful. I ordered well before the cut off date and have yet to receive my gift or even a proof. Upon a sending a few emails and receiving vague sentiments such as "we are working hard to get your order to you" I finally demanded an update on my personal order status. I am going to copy and paste the exact email they sent me. "Because you email 3 times a week. You ordered on the 20th we have a 3-4 week turn around written on every single page of the website. Give us some time to work and we'll get yuo everything you need and in time. Emailing weekly is just delaying us printing and shipping." It has been over 4 weeks. My order status says "unfulfilled" and I am going to have no gift for my sister on Christmas morning. I gave them plenty of time and they did not deliver. This company should be shut down.

I placed my order on Nov. 7th. After a few emails they responded saying they were busy. A month later after more emails from me, they sent an email with the proofs asking if I approve. I said yes, today, Dec. 21 After more emails, I have heard nothing. With it being the holidays I understand they are busy, but their website has false information, they dont respond to emails, they have no phone number, which is very odd. They had no problem taking my 256.00 the day I ordered, but they can't get my order to me? These 4 blankets were Christmas presents to my kids, which now I will not have. I do not recommend this company at all. Very poor customer service.

I ordered well in advance of their cut-off time to receive items by Christmas and they STILL haven’t shipped it or even confirmed that it is ready. It is now the Friday before Christmas and I am still waiting to get a response from my numerous emails. They claim they will respond within 24 hrs but they have not. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. This company is the worst. Would not recommend.

I order one blanket with 2 dog faces on it on November 16th so that I could have my blanket by Christmas. This is a week before their cut off date of November 25th. It is not December 21st and I have emailed 3 times and still nothing. Hopefully I can cancel my order and get my full refund back. It has been over 4 weeks and I have not heard a single thing from them. I am very disappointed in their professionalism, communication, and care for the customer. It’s almost like they set these dates and cross their fingers that we don’t care about Christmas. Or if they think everyone has the money to buy a last minute gift if their blanket doesn’t come in. Or they simply do not care about the customer. This review if going straight to their inbox.

When I first saw this I thought it was pretty cool, so I ordered a custom blanket on OCT 9th. The email they sent said that everything from artwork to shipping would just take 3-4 weeks. Well 4 weeks later I still had not even received the artwork to approve. The next day after writing a bad review they contacted me saying I should have emailed them first. The next day , Nov 18th I finally received the artwork and I approved. They then said it would another 1-3 weeks to make and 3-5 days to ship. It was shipped Nov 29th. I ended up receiving my blanket Dec 3 almost 8 WEEKS after ordering. I thought the artwork was good so I ordered another blanket Nov 24 a day BEFORE the cutoff date which they said “if you order by this date it should get to you before Christmas.” We’ll it’s now Dec 21 almost 4 weeks after ordering and I haven’t seen the artwork. They just need to stop giving time dates because they haven’t been able to live up to them with me. The blankets are nice and soft and are worth the wait but I would cautiously recommend this to a friend because I have had people talking to me who are in the same situation where they’ve ordered before the date and have yet to receive artwork. They also like me have had issues with the communication with the company. On my second order I sent an email asking them for confirmation that an order went thru because I had deleted the email. I sent that on Dec 7th at 8:50pm and they finally responded on December 13th. They claim to respond in 24-36 hours but I never got a rely until 120+ hours later. And I know it’s the the holiday season and they may have an inbox fluxed with more people complaining about not getting items but they claim to be an award winning CS they just hired MORE people for CS. Just be cautious when you order of a site you saw advertising on IG

Never got what I ordered. Never heard back from my many inquiries. It’s been over 2 months. Didn’t stop them from taking my money. Hopefully I can get it back. Seems like a complete scam.
