I ordered 3 blankets on Nov4, i have emailed and emailed. I threatened to give a bad review and cancel my order and recieved a very snippy responce. When I told her I had emailed 5 times with no response she said that that's what the problem is. This is a Christmas tradition for us on Christmas eve. We all have coffee mugs jammies a cute blanket and movies. I picked these this year and truly wish i hadn't. If they cant't handle the ordes they should have cut them off. I paid $156 for 3 blankets. Worst company ever to work with. I sure wish I had read these reviews before I ordered!!! Next thing is to call the bank and dispute the charges!! Thanks for ruining Christmas!!!!! By the way, I was guaranteed the blankets by 12-20 when I ordered!!!

THE TRUTH ABOUT ORDERING FROM PRINT YOUR PET I’m sharing my customer experience with PYP. This is an effort to provide transparency to customers left in the dark. • I received my order 10 weeks and 1 day after my order. • I sent PYP 25 emails to follow-up on my order. • They did not respond to any of my messages on social media. • They advertise “printing and shipping” in “3-4” weeks with Christmas cutoff on 11/25. Here’s a timeline of my order progress: 10/8/2018: Placed my order for a custom human-size blanket. 11/6/2018: Received art proof. I approve the same day. 11/8/2018: I’m told the approved art was sent to production. 11/24/2018: PYP mentions busy holidays and says to check my email for art. 11/30/2018: I’m told art was actually sent to production on 11/17. 12/5/2018: They apologize for the delay and push my order up in the queue. 12/6/2018: I’m told my order shipped, and they had sent me a tracking # (they didn’t). 12/10/2018: I get an auto PYP email saying my order shipped with DHL tracking*. 12/12/2018: I get a personal PYP email confirming shipment and tracking. 12/17/2018: There was a delay by DHL/USPS in delivering my order on 12/17. 12/18/2018: My PYP order finally arrives more than two months later. *DHL is an international carrier, which implies all or some of PYP's products ship from outside the U.S. In an email, they say production time takes “1-3 weeks (at most)”, domestic shipping is 3-5 days with 1-3 days priority, and international takes 1-2 weeks. Based on my last note, when you factor what they say about production time (1-3 weeks) and factoring in shipping from DHL to a local carrier aka USPS (3-5 days+), there is no way 3-4 weeks is a remotely realistic delivery. PYP would have less angry customers leaving messages on BBB, other boards, and social media if they were more transparent and realistic about their shipping on their website. It's very clear 3-4 weeks isn't remotely close to being accurate. If they took the time to update this information, they'd solve a lot more problems. Bottom line? If you send them 25+ emails making sure they stay on top of your order, you might get it in just over 10 weeks aka 2+ months.

I’m quite upset. I ordered a blanket for my sister for Christmas and I’m starting to think I’m now out of money and will never receive my blanket. :-( The bad reviews and the fact that I too have politely emailed, twice now and I have gotten no response. Worst customer service and we will see if they truly did just scam me 😰

Oct 29th ordered blanket. Seems like sock orders may be ok but blanket orders are not. Emailed said it would be shipped in two weeks. Nothing. They told me they wouldn’t help me unless I deleted a review. I deleted the review because I just want the blanket. Still nothing. I have asked to cancel the order. Still nothing. I have asked my credit card company to reverse the charge. I hope karma comes to play now.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a blanket in October and didn't receive it. Canceled the order and asked for a refund multiple times, to no avail. Do not do business with this company!!

I haven’t received my products yet, so I cannot comment on how it will look, but it’s three weeks since I placed the order, and I’ve heard nothing. When I emailed them (no phone number to contact them), they claimed their artists had just finished it and it was being sent to printing. But what put me off the most with this company was when I placed my order, they had a pop up that asked if I wanted to spend $10 for a “sneak peak” of my product to make sure it looked alright, I clicked no, and there was another pop up asking if I was sure, they could give me a sneak peak for $7, then again the same process for a digital image. So it made them seem pretty shady. And again, no product, no shipping date, and no real way to ge to the bottom of this other than a stock email, not answering my questions, just thanking me for my patience... There are countless companies out there that offer the same thing, GO ELSEWHERE!

I ordered a custom print of my dog on my socks around this time last year. This year, I plan on ordering a print out of my dog on a mug and blanket! Looking forward to the same quality as before!

Before everyone freaks out because my review is different please listen! I put my order in during November and I have been emailed by the company multiple times. They have been nothing but polite and very helpful in their emails. I just received my proofs of the blankets I ordered. And I truly could not have been any happier after seeing them. The artists did absolutely amazing in capturing the details in all of my parents and siblings pets. This company is absolutely outstanding in what they do for their customers and helping put money towards charity as well. I truly believe before you freak out because you haven’t received your proofs of your orders just relax and give the company a little more time. I know it’s very hard to be patient waiting for gifts you are going to give to other people. But posting a extremely negative review because you’re waiting for a CUSTOM order isn’t going to make the company put your order through any quicker. From most of these reviews it seems like they will hold your order even longer because you haven’t given them time to do their jobs. The print your pet company is actually very understanding towards their customers, as long as their customers are very understanding towards their company. Everyone must know how extremely busy the company is during this time of the year especially. They are probably reviewing countless orders daily and who even knows how many emails. If you are polite to them they will be very polite to you. Respect goes both ways the workers at the print your pet company are still human. During the Christmas season shouldn’t everyone be a little more generous towards one another. The fact you thought about your loved ones so much to do something as thoughtful as this is more then enough. Your orders will come in! Just give it some time and you will be more then happy with the turnout.

Same exact experience as everyone else. At first, the company seems very legit. They respond to emails, send out art approval and are very friendly. However, after a month or so, you hear nothing. I ordered a blanket on October 19th and am still waiting. I have emailed several times and gotten no response. I am disgusted by how many scam artists there are out there. I learned my lesson. Buyers be ware. NEVER order from this company or any other company advertising on Facebook.

Great experience. They delivered my pit bulls cute little face on a pair of socks and on a blanket just perfectly. Perfectly drawn and illustrated!

I submitted an order Nov 7th. Despite multiple emails back and forth, one of which stated he was "looking at my artwork" I haven't had anything to review. Its December 11th. I've asked for a refund and been denied, even though they obviously haven't started it. My credit card company will be canceling the charge, but I'm irritated enough by their poor customer service that I hope no one ever orders from them again!

I am happy with my purchase. Print Your Pet came through! They are very professional and do their best to keep you updated. I ordered socks and a blanket with my puppy Roscoe on them. I walk around the house with my blanket wrapped around my body and my socks up to my ankles. He barks cutely and runs around in circles when he sees them!

I have not received my blanket yet. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, but I guess it will just have to be saved for birthday at this rate. Anyway, I cannot say about the quality of the blanket yet [the only reason they did not get one star], but I will NOT use them again. They take forever to respond to emails, and I ordered this blanket in October. It is now December, and it still has not been shipped. Go with someone else. There are too many custom blanket places out there to be stuck with this one.

I am rolling on the floor laughing at these "legal" threats!!! Actually, truly laughing out loud! I have two theories: (1) this "attorney" they have on retainer sending threatening emails over $80 is an individual who failed out of law school, or (2) there is no actual attorney and the company is lying about this like most everything else. My money is on option 2. As an actual attorney, let me explain something to the customer service here--who seems to have the IQ of a fence post: the legal definition of defamation (slander or libel) is something that harms your reputation and is NOT TRUE! If legitimately every review here is based in fact, you don't have a leg to stand on. Any hack job attorney would know this, especially with the copied-and-pasted real evidence of correspondence with this scam company others have shared here and with the BBB. So, any current or potential customers who are reading this: please understand the only party getting dragged to court in this scenario is "Print Your Pet". Some of these responses from customer service containing blackmail and threats are so fantastically unfounded, ridiculous, and stupid, that I would love to see them used as an exam question in a consumer law class. In other news, get ready for the BBB complaint I filed demanding a refund... we'll see how things progress from there. Fight fire with fire I suppose? Or as Print Your Pet says, "see you in court!" I received my “Print Your Pet” merchandise after a month. I ordered 2 socks and a t shirt with my Golden Retriever named Lucky on them. The quality of the products are simply phenomenal. Their artistic talent is undeniable. They have accurately depicted my Golden Retriever so well. I also like that they send you the artwork for pre-approval before beginning the drawing process. They basically sketch out a rough draft to see if it meets the criteria you’re looking for. I am very satisfied with the end result!

Print Your Pet sent my socks within a couple months and they look exactly like my Doberman. On each pair of socks, my dog is identical to how we know and love him. I understand that they need to improve their shipping times, but make no mistake, the quality of the items is worth the purchase. Our Doberman passed away last year, so getting these socks for every member of the household holds serious sentimental value for us and will always keep Charlie close to our hearts. Print Your Pet made this possible in a unique and unforgettable way. I recommend!

Today I formally filed an FBI complaint regarding this company and would strongly encourage everyone to avoid doing business here. When you demand a refund they will try to intimidate you. To make a long story short: I ordered 2 prs of socks and a blanket. The socks shipped without incident but the blanket never did. After many emails and several weeks of being ignored I emailed that I was angry, would dispute the unfulfilled charge on my credit card, and would leave negative feedback. Got an instant response and here it is: "Instead of the threats just email legal@printyourpet.com and give us a chance to help other wise we'll fight the dispute, file a police report and criminal charges for frauding our bank and then I'll take your name, business and personal and start ranking in google for my own reviews. Careful who you threaten. What a disappointment it will be for the rest of your life have the real truth about how you fraud businesses that help dying animals." Is this really who you want to send your money to?
