I am rolling on the floor laughing at these "legal" threats!!! Actually, truly laughing out loud! I have two theories: (1) this "attorney" they have on retainer sending threatening emails over $80 is an individual who failed out of law school, or (2) there is no actual attorney and the company is lying about this like most everything else. My money is on option 2. As an actual attorney, let me explain something to the customer service here--who seems to have the IQ of a fence post: the legal definition of defamation (slander or libel) is something that harms your reputation and is NOT TRUE! If legitimately every review here is based in fact, you don't have a leg to stand on. Any hack job attorney would know this, especially with the copied-and-pasted real evidence of correspondence with this scam company others have shared here and with the BBB. So, any current or potential customers who are reading this: please understand the only party getting dragged to court in this scenario is "Print Your Pet". Some of these responses from customer service containing blackmail and threats are so fantastically unfounded, ridiculous, and stupid, that I would love to see them used as an exam question in a consumer law class. In other news, get ready for the BBB complaint I filed demanding a refund... we'll see how things progress from there. Fight fire with fire I suppose? Or as Print Your Pet says, "see you in court!"
