Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Placed an order September 24. They got back to me late October asking for my approval of the picture. I didn't like it and asked for them to revise it. Two weeks later they sent me the revised "edited" photo that was the EXACT same photo... I told them I didn't like it and asked for a refund. No response... Sent more than 10 emails asking for a refund and got a response one time saying they would look into it. Messaged them over instagram (they first promised to give me a full refund). Then they ignored multiple messages and finally got a very rude response saying that I was lying to them (when I said no one was answering my emails). I was then BLOCKED off instagram. This website is a huge SCAM. Have not yet received a refund...going through my credit card to get a full refund. If I could give zero stars I would.
