I ordered a pillow on 11/05/18 today is 01/28/19 and I still have not received it. I tried in both november and december to cancel my order as it was taking too long and the company would not refund me and kept claiming they were working on it and would get it to me soon. They say 6-8 weeks on their website-it's unethical to make such a claim and not follow through. I have made a claim with my bank and am trying to get my money back as they took my money and never gave me a product. Do not use this company.

My daughter ordered for a Christmas gift. Sadly it didn’t arrive on time ( a week late ) but the product itself is amazing. Great pup likeness on a super soft blanket. I would order again. Just not in a crunch time period thing like Christmas and allow 8 weeks or so to receive it

Ordered 1x blanket on the 1st dec. Thought I would be patient at first because I know they have a back log of Christmas orders, but it has been 8 weeks since I placed my order. So much for them advertising delivery within 2-4 weeks. I have tried contacting them daily through messenger and email with NO REPLY AT ALL. Very unprofessional business. Do yourself a favour and just close down your company.

Ordered 2 blankets a month before the 'cut off' date for Christmas. Its jan 26th and still no blankets. Customer service is terrible. I had to dispute my credit card charge.

I placed my order on November 25th which was last day to order in which they guaranteed Christmas delivery. I emailed them twice, once on December 20th and again the first week of January and I finally got a response that they are just now getting caught up (two months later). I will never order from them again. I ended up disputing my payment last week through PayPal and got my money back. Lousy service.

I would not recommend ordering from this company. I placed an order on 11/26/18. I have inquired multiple times on my order, requested a refund and not heard a single reply from the company. Please avoid this company as they will steal your money and you'll never get anything in return. When I sent a message on their Facebook wall, they accused me of spamming them and because increasingly aggressive and unprofessional.

Paid $84 for two custom shirts. Said would be delivered in 2-4 weeks. It’s been over 6 weeks and nothing. No response to email. After seeing other reviews I am pretty certain I have been robbed of $84 by scam artists.

Terrible experience. Never tor the item, and was told numerous reasons as to why. Customer service is absolutely ignorant, and extremely unhelpful. After posting one review, they asked to have it removed and they would work with me. I removed it, got 2 emails, and it's now been 3 months, and they havent done a thing for me. Absolute embarrassment of a company, give your money to a supportable charity.

order was supposed to arrive before christmas. Multiple emails, messages inquiries went unanswered. reported to the bbb, still no answer. only when preparing a small claims suit do I get a notice that they are getting ready to send my order. would not offer a refund, blocked me and now having to move forward with legal action DO NOT BUY.

I ordered a blanket from here on November 3, 2018. They still haven't even sent me a shipment confirmation or anything! I emailed them2 weeks ago asking for a status update and they haven't responded.

I am so frustrated with this company beyond words. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE, IT IS A SCAM! I ordered two blankets from this website on October 31st, 2018. They had it advertised on their website to order BEFORE November 25th, 218 to get your order delivered in time for the holidays. First off, they LIE about their order / production dates and times. There is no transparency with this company. If you have an issue they will just tell you to be patient and will sweep your issues under the rug like it's no big deal. EVERY TIME I reached out to this company asking SPECIFIC QUESTIONS about my order they would tell me to be patient, with no other explanation. Second off, their Customers Service is a friggin' joke. No communication what so ever. It's like they don't even care about your issues and concerns. There is no organization with this company and it's employees. What really ticks me off the most about this whole ordeal is that they shipped my order AFTER the holidays, literally December 26th, 2018. False advertising about placing your order on November 25th, 2018 to get your product shipped on time before the holidays. What really puts the cherry on top is that they sent me two blankets with the same print. What ever happened to the TWO separate pictures I sent you of my dog AND cat. Long story short, these people will take your money. Ignore your attempts of communication and will MUCK UP your order in the end any ways. What makes it even better is that they have really no official way for you to contact them besides through email. So have fun with trying to get in contact with them to right they're wrongs if they do mess up your order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I pretty much wasted my money with fools.

if I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely garbage company. I ordered 2 coffee mugs on November 23rd 2018 and it is now January 16th and I have not received it. Sent many emails and still have not heard back! Don't waste your time!

I ordered a coffee mug and a pillow on November 5th 2018 and paid 67.85 for both and it’s now January 15th. And I’ve asked for a refund several times and sent several emails about if I will ever get my product or a refund because I would rather have the money now anyways it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Their customer service is horrible, their refund service doesn’t exist and they will never be on time and I will never hug from there again and will advise everyone else to never buy from them.

I received my product, so it is not a scam... however, let me tell you how awful the customer service for this company is. I ordered in the beginning of October hoping to give my best friend a blanket to honour the legacy of her passed pet. I ordered well in advance - especially well in advance of their cut-off for Christmas, which was mid-November. I emailed after a few weeks to determine the progress on my order and expressed the need to have the gift for Christmas. I was met with rude and confrontational, unprofessionally written emails. Further, I expressed my dismay towards the emails I received and waited a few more weeks until I once again asked where my order is and if I will be receiving it. At this point, it had been so long that I assumed the company was scamming me. I told them I would have to make a claim with my credit card company if they do not reply to my emails and tell me the progress on my order. I was threatened with illegitimate legal action, and from then on the company went silent. I am knowledgable about the law so I knew that they could not sue me for anything, but I continued to wait to see if anything would happen with my order. Christmas passed and I continued waiting, but eventually I was about to file a complaint through the BBB. I then received an email about my shipping and eventually the product did come, and it is nice. However, the company is absolutely awful in terms of customer service, communication, and timeliness.

I wrote a review for this a few days after Christmas as the blanket I had ordered for my sister still had not come. Mid-January I finally started receiving emails from them. Its Jan 15 and my blanket has come. It took considerably longer than I thought it would but the blanket is cute and soft. Honestly it would be a higher review if it didnt' take so dang long. Happy with my product but the process was such a nightmare I won't be ordering from them again. I wish the rest of you luck!

Ordered a blanket on november 12th, well before the deadline for guarunteed delivery by Christmas. Just like everyone else on here, have yet to recieve my order or even confirmation on shipping. They answer 1 out of 5 emails with generic responses. Do not waste your time or money. Dispuiting the charge through my bank.
