I ordered a coffee mug and a pillow on November 5th 2018 and paid 67.85 for both and it’s now January 15th. And I’ve asked for a refund several times and sent several emails about if I will ever get my product or a refund because I would rather have the money now anyways it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Their customer service is horrible, their refund service doesn’t exist and they will never be on time and I will never hug from there again and will advise everyone else to never buy from them.
