I ordered my product on October 10th 2018, I have yet to receive my order or the full refund I have demanded. I have written several emails (more than I would like to count) with no response. This was a Christmas gift and here it is January 3rd and no sign of my order. There are no phone numbers to call. I am very disappointed in this “company”.
