If I could start this review without giving them even one star I would. My story is the same as so many already on here. Placed my order for socks on Nov 10 hoping to have them for a Christmas stocking gift. I have had to hound them to get any response and all they say is that they have had so much business they can't keep up. I am wondering if there is any recourse through the Better Business Bureau. Have they run out of money? Lost all their employees? It's absolutely the worst customer service ever.
