Dr Spelman is an incredibly knowledgeable psychologist who provided an in-depth analysis of adolescent behaviour on the CBS documentary series "Teens Who Kill". Her insight was invaluable for understanding some of the reasons why young offenders are susceptible to crime, how these cases should be treated and potentially could have been avoided altogether.
