I ordered a sweater to stay cozy during COVID and a dress that will be perfect for summer. I was having issues with the website and sent an Instagram message - they were helpful, responsive and quick to fix it for me. They offered a solution to the issue and I received my stuff a couple days later, great customer service! Highly recommend
