Easy to set up PropertySimple ads for both my listing, and my personal brand. I love that interested parties can reach out directly to me via PropertySimple's system and the built in CRM made it easy to manage them (and the CRM allows you to export your leads!!
I received the number of leads advertised for the budget I chose. The leads were wonderful. One was very interested in the listing and another has asked me to speak with him about becoming his real estate agent.
