“Not pleased. Not one lead! I received one lead that was a fake lead. Very disappointed. This is the second ad I have done this year with not one lead generated. Will not use property simple again.”

“I don't think it went well at all. I got two shady people responding to me and I didn't even receive a report of who opened it or how many. I think it was a complete waste of money and highly discourage people from doing anything with property simple. I'm wondering if it's a scam?”

“I wasn't sure what I purchased. I was under the assumption that this ad would be placed automatically on facebook and instagram. I'm not sure if that happened. I did receive three leads.One of them was a disconnected phone number one of them was a man over eighty years old who's not looking to buy a house.And the other did not return my call or email.”

“I reaaly don't like that texting leads is no longer an included feature of the leads. This seems to limit contacting leads to email and only outside of Property Simple's system becasue when I cc: myself on an email I never received it. Makes me question whether the lead got the email.”

“Some of the people who responded to the ad, we’re looking for a rental and most of the people who responded seemed to be females over the age of 50. Overall, though I feel these ads did increase my foot traffic at showings . It’s a little expensive in today’s world realtors. Have many expenses would be better if we got a price range of more like $80 up to 250.”
