“A little disappointed as the schools were incorrect I wish I could edit these ads. Also, some of the verbiage sounds like a bot so would be great to edit. In the future, I would consider running another ad if there's an edit feature.”

“am not having the results I thought I would. I had 6 people reach out to me none will call me back, text or email me back. One was the wrong phone number one had the wrong email address.”

“As is typical and standard with Facebook ads, all contact information for leads was bad. No method for contact. Leads enter whatever info to get to the desired information. The ad and video and dashboard are great but no viable lead generated.”

“Lots of exposure- The leads do not engage, and I think a lot of the leads click not know their price points- causing fustration to buyer because they are now being contacted by an agent and they aren't interested. I would take 1 quality lead VS 30 leads that are not engaged”

“I did get some leads from the ad but everylead the phone numbers were not good . So I emailed each one and no response from any of them. I had me questioning the quality of leads coming in and source”

“I just feel very suspicious. All these people loaded into the CRM that I don't have because I have not signed up for$500 per month program. But they all claimed they wanted information. So I emailed each and everyone, which was not easy as I was not allowed access into the CRM. Oddly enough I never heard back from anyone - Not one. The ad was super cute though, and I loved the video - that was all good.”
