“Hi I notice the phone numbers of certain leads. Are not reviewed or checked. I call them and the number is either disconnected or Verizon cannot dial the number for any other reason. So Do you really check the phone numbers ?? Also I see in my 2 listing there is one lead in both That the number is disconnected This is weird …… are they real leads ??????”

“They make unsubscribing extremely difficult and automatically enroll you in their ad program which requires a separate unsubscription request. Of course you don't find this out until after they charge you a non-refundable $79 for the first automated down listing ad they place for you. Can't recommend this company even though they look good at first glance.”

“I obligated myself to purchase an ad for an open house this weekend in Annapolis (Maryland) from Property Simple. I wanted to test their promises. I am disappointed in the technical support, I am disappointed in training for the site.”

“No way to get out of this once you're signed up - they automatically start running ads and charge your credit card without checking if this is something you actually want. After calling Catherine (who seems to be their only employee) found out these automated ads I did not authorize or order are NON-REFUNDABLE; she did offer to give me a credit, but not back to my credit card, only a credit toward a future automated ad that I don't want. Lousy customer service and most difficult to get out of once they have your credit card number. BUYER BEWARE!”

“I was so excited when I got several leads from the ads. But when I tried to make contact with them via the Property Simple site, the phone numbers couldn't connect. I honestly don't know if all of the leads put phoney numbers in, but I was unable to make contact with any of them. Also, I tried to find out where my open house ad was being advertised, so I could see it, the Help chat was not helpful.”
