“Repeat leads with bogus emails and phone numbers. Paying out the wazoo. Thought I would have more legit leads. I’m good at turning a lead into a client, if I can actually make contact. Has been a waste.”

“I don’t believe that there were any actual leads. I had 4 “supposed” leads but not one of them responded when I called them back. I don’t believe these were valid phone numbers.”

“Sorry, but I received 3 requests for information and all 3 had fake phone numbers. If there is no way to contact the lead with a call, then there is no lead.”

“I just feel very suspicious. All these people loaded into the CRM that I don't have because I have not signed up for$500 per month program. But they all claimed they wanted information. So I emailed each and everyone, which was not easy as I was not allowed access into the CRM. Oddly enough I never heard back from anyone - Not one. The ad was super cute though, and I loved the video - that was all good.”

“No way to get out of this once you're signed up - they automatically start running ads and charge your credit card without checking if this is something you actually want. After calling Catherine (who seems to be their only employee) found out these automated ads I did not authorize or order are NON-REFUNDABLE; she did offer to give me a credit, but not back to my credit card, only a credit toward a future automated ad that I don't want. Lousy customer service and most difficult to get out of once they have your credit card number. BUYER BEWARE!”

“Signed up for service several months ago and what a mistake it was. AND a total waste of money. First, they told me within a month their system would sync with my CRM. It’s been a few months and still never happened. I pay $349 a month for 25+ leads. That’s $13.96 for each lead. I’ve received about 85% of the same leads over and over again each month and maybe 15% are new leads. Of the 15% new leads, none of which are “real or potential” buyers. I have amazing follow up with calling, texting and email drip campaigns. All of which have had no effect on any of the so-called leads from Property Simple. All their leads are coming from Facebook. Most with wrong numbers and bad emails. I run Facebook ads and lead generation online with much better results. I was thinking Property Simple would give me time back in my day to run these ads for me. What a joke! Leads are complete garbage ;( … And the customer service is horrible. As mentioned previously, mostly the same bogus leads recycled over and over to me each month. No leads are vetted or qualified at all. Their system supposedly tells you if it’s a valid phone number. However, many of them are wrong numbers. Property Simple will auto post articles to social media (which you have to manually edit one by one... Hello! Time-Suck anyone?!!!) There are many other options out there to auto-post articles on your social media for about $19/month. This was a BIG mistake I encourage anyone looking at Property Simple to go elsewhere.”
