There were problems with the online course which stopped me from giving the experience a 5. However I found the response at the other end of my telephone complaints to be exceptional. The two [or three?] women I talked to were extremely helpful. I believe if more companies had a helpful human being at the other end of a telephone question or complaint people using such services would be much happier. So kudos for Probe It for having helpful staff who answer the phone promptly. One positive addition to the course would be to have a short explanation of the two parts that keep track of and may [or may not] show the progress of the student through the 10 modules. The one area did show most of what I accomplished -- that is the scores I achieved in 7 of the 10 modules -- the other area did not record anything. That is it said all of my scores were zero. Perhaps that area is filled out and recorded once the final exam is written. If that is the case then it should be stated above those scores, if not then something was wrong with my course as I did all of the questions asked. It was a concern of mine before completing the final exam. The course itself covered a lot of territory; I was happy to learn a few new things. I certainly will recommend Probe It to anyone who wants the course and I certainly will talk about the positive customer service. The problems I had with the online delivery were all fixed by the people of Probe It, one can not ask for anything more than that.
