The course was extremely helpful to update on all proper food safety techniques. I found the content on two subject matters confusing; certain information was contradicted or switched around so that it wasn't clear what the answer would be for testing purposes. I asked to have my incorrect answers sent to me with the correct answer for learning purposes but no response. I think that it would be helpful to follow up after the exam and inform students of the correct answers for their mistakes in the examination. Also the content was not adapted well to the computer so I had to constantly use the sidebars to slide all the information into place.
