Daniel at customer support was very helpful and friendly. However, I also passed upon a suggestion to him about being able to see loyalty points for your purchase on the front page.
It also made me feel uncomfortable that I could easily spot 4/5 other customers in the time that I had bought and left. I personally think that anonymity is key in this business and knowing that people will have seen me in the same way I saw them made me feel uncomfortable as a customer.
