Very unprofessional live chat.
Poor customer service banned me from the live chat after saying a joke about free items after I had already made a purchase.
After I used a VPN and got into the live chat again his response what "nope" I didn't do that. He did not apologize and did not unban me from the live chat.
Poor communication skills kept saying 0 slots I didn't know what that meant.
Overall bad customer experience, if you want to be treated as a valuable customer, and spoken to in a professional manner please buy from someone else.
