Beyond horrible service. The worker “Alex” has to be the worst customer service worker I’ve ever ran into in my entire life. He falls onto “the manager is not online” and will run that line for days on end to avoid setting an issue. I’ve never actually had a positive experience with these people being the buyer and seller has both left me irritated dealing with these people use 4rsgold.com a lot more professional
