Problems with their shipping quality control.
Package came after 2 and a half weeks and had parts missing. Im on the midst of trying to get ProBike Canada to deal with this quickly to no avail. I will repost if I get some proper help. I’ve need Bounced around between persons with no real answers. I have to package it back up and send back before they will correct their mistake saying they can’t just send out part of an order when they just sent me part of an order. Frustrating beyond believe and don’t feel like ProBikeCanada gives a sh%t. This is their fault and I’m having to do all this extra work for them instead of riding my bike.
Update: for the inconvenience of having to take a day off work to wait for courier pickup, and having to wait what will be a month and a half to get my original order corrected and the countless hours messaging to have this corrected, ProBikeCanada has offer to give me a $5 credit on my account. Insulting
