I'm having a terrible experience dealing with customer service after they shipped one wheel to my house in Utah and one wheel to Uraguay. They're terrible at getting back to you in a timely manner and they're having trouble confirming I even ordered from them. Maybe the person in Uraguay didn't order anything from them but if I didn't order from them, they're a disorganized disaster if they randomly mailed me a Zipp wheel for no reason.
