Bought an expensive bike travel case that was never shipped - despite several follow ups in which I was promised it would arrive by a certain date. Finally, after 6 weeks and it was clear this wasn't going to come, I asked for a refund. After 10 days, it still has not shown up (despite their promise it would take 3 to 5 days).
I'm very skeptical about this company and would recommend looking elsewhere.
