After spending hundreds of dollars with this company years ago, they forgot to send me a pair of socks among my items, I tried contact and refund, and got ZERO response. I let it go. Just recently I've made another purchase, thinking I'd get luckier but I WAS WRONG! They forgot to mention, on a package weighting less than 500grams, I'd have an importation fee of 100$, which is essentially 1/3 of the cost of the purchase. One of the products came with the WRONG SIZE ! and they didn't bother to answer a single message I've wrote. I'm ashamed of giving PBK a second chance and I won't spend a dime with this company EVER again.
